X-Deals Payment Plans

For X-Deals purchases with daily payment plans:

• You must make consecutive daily payments as scheduled
• Missing payments may result in forfeiture of progress and rewards
• Completion of all payments is required to earn the product reward
• Task submissions must be genuine and meet specified requirements

Shipping terms and delivery times vary by location and product:

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Additional customs or import duties are your responsibility

Please inspect packages upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies immediately.

Our return and refund policy includes:

• Returns must be requested within the specified return period
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

All content on Cendol X, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Cendol X or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cendol X shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages resulting from service interruptions or errors
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cendol X, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
