Orders & Shipping5 questions

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status in your account dashboard under 'My Orders'. Click on the order to view the tracking details and delivery status.

Standard shipping within Malaysia takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster 1-2 day delivery. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders above RM50. For orders below RM50, a flat shipping fee of RM8 applies. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

Address changes can only be made if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer support immediately at support@cendolx.com with your order number to request a change.

The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest courier collection point for pickup. You'll receive notifications via SMS and email with collection details.

Payment5 questions

We accept various payment methods including online banking (FPX), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost), and wallet balance. You can also pay using your Cendol X wallet balance.

Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your complete credit card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

Your wallet balance can be used during checkout. Simply select 'Wallet' as your payment method and the amount will be deducted from your balance. You can top up your wallet through the 'My Account' section.

Payments are processed immediately upon order confirmation. For online banking and card payments, the amount is charged right away. Your order will only be processed after successful payment verification.

Refunds are typically processed to your Cendol X wallet for faster processing. For large refunds or special cases, we can arrange refunds to your original payment method, which may take 7-14 business days.

X-Deals (Flash Lots)5 questions

X-Deals is our exclusive daily payment plan program. Instead of paying the full amount upfront, you make small daily payments over a set period. Once all payments are complete, you receive your product. It's a convenient way to own quality products through manageable daily installments.

After joining an X-Deal, you'll need to make daily payments according to the schedule. Payments can be made through your wallet balance. You can set up automatic payments or manually pay each day through your account dashboard.

Missing payments may affect your eligibility for rewards and could impact your participation in the X-Deal. We recommend setting up automatic payments to ensure you never miss a payment. Contact support if you're facing difficulties.

Once you've completed all required payments, your product will be automatically processed for shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Products are typically shipped within 2-3 business days after payment completion.

X-Deal cancellations are subject to our terms and conditions. If you need to cancel, please contact our support team. Note that payments already made may not be fully refundable depending on the stage of your participation.

Returns & Refunds5 questions

We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Some items like personal care products and customized items may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, log into your account, go to 'My Orders', select the item you wish to return, and click 'Request Return'. Fill in the reason for return and submit. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds to your Cendol X wallet are instant. Bank refunds may take an additional 7-14 days depending on your bank.

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged/defective item. We'll arrange for a free return pickup and send you a replacement or full refund. No questions asked for genuinely damaged items.

Return shipping is free for defective or damaged items. For returns due to change of mind, a flat return shipping fee may apply. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Account & Security5 questions

Click 'Sign Up' at the top of the page. Enter your email address, create a password, and fill in your details. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account. Once verified, you can start shopping!

Click 'Sign In', then 'Forgot Password'. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Click the link in the email and create a new password. The link expires in 24 hours.

Log into your account and go to 'Account Settings'. Here you can update your name, email, phone number, and password. For address changes, go to 'Saved Addresses' to add, edit, or remove delivery addresses.

Yes! We take data security seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team at support@cendolx.com. Note that account deletion is permanent and you'll lose access to your order history, wallet balance, and any ongoing X-Deals.
