How to Return an Item

Select Return Reason
Choose the reason for your return and upload photos if the item is damaged or defective. This helps us process your request faster.
Await Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email with approval and return instructions.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Keep the tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
